From there I will present a proposal detailing all aspects of the expected outcomes and a low / high price expectation.

There is no charge for the meeting or proposal.

However client needs just about always naturally change as development progresses. This is where communication is the key. I will ALWAYS advise you if a request is outside the scope of the proposal and provide indicative pricing and get your agreement before proceeding.

For these reasons, I take an initial deposit and after that charge on an hourly rate.
